Weather Conditions
We reserve the right to delay, postpone or cancel works affected by inclement weather conditions and to resume work when conditions allow.

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safe retention of any wildlife habitats and reserve the right to delay, postpone or cancel work accordingly and resume when practical.
Site Services
It is the responsibility of the client to inform Evergreen Tree Surgeons of any underground services within the proposed work area, prior to commencement of work.
Payment
Payment is due on satisfactory completion of the contract. Payment is by cash or cheque. Cheques made payable to 'Evergreen Tree Surgeons'.
Cancellation
24 hours notice of cancellation is required. A minimim call out charge of £100 will be levied if notice is not given.
Work can not be carried out until a contract has been signed and approved.
